Haris

I am a Chicago-land paddler with decades of flat-water paddling experience on rivers and inland lakes of native Lithuania in all kinds of craft. I rowed crew competitively for a couple of season but found it extremely boring.

Since 2007 unapologeticaly addicted to open water! I try to paddle it as often as I can. Enjoy camping out of the kayak fleet which consists of two Folbot (GII and Cooper) and two Valley composite boats (Nordkapp HS and Avocet). Favorite local destinations: Apostle Islands, Isle Royale, Rock Island State Park in Wisconsin and just about the entire coastline of southern Lake Michigan.

I instruct for Geneva Kayak Center, certified by ACA, first aid and CPR, and also enjoy boat repair and costomization.
